This Acceptable Use Policy governs the permitted and prohibited uses of the EnthiosHub Services and forms part of the Terms & Conditions. It reflects the categories of unlawful content specified under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.
1. Prohibited Content#
You must not host, display, upload, publish, transmit, or share any information that:
1.1. Belongs to another person and to which You do not have rights;
1.2. Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise unlawful;
1.3. Is harmful to children;
1.4. Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right;
1.5. Violates any law for the time being in force;
1.6. Deceives or misleads about the origin of a message, or is grossly offensive or menacing;
1.7. Impersonates another person;
1.8. Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to any cognizable offence, or prevents investigation of any offence, or insults any foreign nation;
1.9. Contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any resource;
1.10. Is patently false or misleading but represented as fact (misinformation), or is intended to cause harm.
2. Prohibited Conduct#
You must not:
2.1. Create fake, fraudulent, or non-existent Events, or misrepresent Events, pricing, or affiliations;
2.2. Engage in fraud, money laundering, unauthorized ticket resale/scalping, price manipulation, or chargeback abuse;
2.3. Attempt unauthorized access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, or breach security/authentication measures;
2.4. Scrape, harvest, or collect data of Users without authorization;
2.5. Introduce malware, or overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure (including denial-of-service);
2.6. Use bots or automated means to create accounts, register, or purchase, except via authorized APIs;
2.7. Misuse code-execution or submission features (e.g., Judge0-based contests) to run malicious code or attack systems;
2.8. Use the Services to send spam or unauthorized marketing.
3. Consequences#
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, account suspension or termination, fund freezes, and reporting to authorities, as set out in the Content Moderation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
4. Reporting#
Report violations to grievance@enthioshub.com with sufficient detail to investigate.
