EnthiosHub — Community Guidelines

These Guidelines apply to everyone on EnthiosHub — Attendees, Organizers, speakers, volunteers, and vendors — across all interactions, including Events, chat, messages, reviews, submissions, and profiles. They supplement the Terms & Conditions and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Be Respectful#

Treat others with respect. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or discrimination based on religion, race, caste, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, place of birth, or any protected characteristic.

2. Be Honest#

No impersonation, fake profiles, fake Events, misleading claims, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of reviews, votes, rankings, or results.

3. Keep It Lawful & Safe#

No content or conduct that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity. Nothing that endangers the safety of any person at an Event.

4. Protect Children#

The Platform is for adults (18+). Do not solicit, endanger, or collect data from Minors. Content sexualizing or exploiting children is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

5. Respect Privacy#

Do not share others' personal data without consent. Do not post private communications, contact details, or identifying information of others (no "doxxing").

6. Respect Intellectual Property#

Only post content you own or are authorized to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and the rights of speakers/performers. See the Copyright Policy.

7. No Spam or Abuse#

No spam, unsolicited promotions, phishing, scraping, malware, or attempts to disrupt or exploit the Platform.

8. Competitions & Submissions#

In hackathons, MUNs, quizzes, and similar activities: submit original work, follow the Organizer's rules, and do not cheat, plagiarize, or use unauthorized assistance. Plagiarism may be flagged (PlagiarismReport) and result in disqualification.

9. Reviews & Feedback#

Reviews must be genuine and based on real experience. No fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews.

10. Reporting & Enforcement#

Report violations to grievance@enthioshub.com. We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or terminate accounts, and freeze funds per the Content Moderation Policy and Terms. Serious violations may be reported to law-enforcement.
