EnthiosHub — Copyright Policy (Notice & Takedown)

Version: 1.0 · Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · copyright@enthioshub.com · grievance@enthioshub.com

EnthiosHub respects intellectual property and expects Users and Organizers to do the same. This Policy describes how to report copyright infringement and how we respond, consistent with the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Prohibited Infringement#

Do not upload, post, or share content that infringes any copyright or other proprietary right. You must own or have authorization for all content you provide (including images, media, logos, materials, and submissions).

2. Reporting Infringement (Takedown Notice)#

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@enthioshub.com including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  2. Identification and location (URL/reference) of the allegedly infringing content;
  3. Your contact details (name, address, email, phone);
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
  5. A statement, under penalty of applicable law, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response#

On receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to review and, where appropriate, disable or remove the content, and notify the content provider. We aim to act within the timelines applicable to intermediaries under law.

4. Counter-Notice#

If your content was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@enthioshub.com with identification of the removed content, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief that the removal was mistaken. We may restore content where appropriate.

5. Repeat Infringers#

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of Users or Organizers who repeatedly infringe.

6. No Legal Advice#

This Policy is a mechanism for reporting; it is not legal advice. Rights-holders may pursue remedies available under law.
