EnthiosHub — Dispute Resolution Policy

Operating Entity: [ENTITY LEGAL NAME] · Version: 1.0 · Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · legal@enthioshub.com · grievance@enthioshub.com

This Policy explains how disputes are handled. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

1. Disputes Between Attendees and Organizers#

1.1. Because EnthiosHub is an intermediary, disputes about an Event (delivery, quality, refunds, conduct) are primarily between the Attendee and the Organizer.

1.2. The Company provides tools to raise and track such disputes and may, at its discretion, facilitate resolution (e.g., by relaying communications, applying refund/settlement holds, or reversing settlements from funds attributable to the Organizer), but is not obliged to adjudicate or to fund any outcome.

2. Step 1 — Raise with the Other Party / Support#

Attendees should first contact the Organizer and/or EnthiosHub support (support@enthioshub.com) with order details and a description of the issue.

3. Step 2 — Grievance Redressal#

If unresolved, escalate to the Grievance Officer (grievance@enthioshub.com) per the Grievance Redressal Policy. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within the statutory timelines.

4. Step 3 — Arbitration#

4.1. Any dispute between You and the Company that is not resolved through the above steps shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company.

4.2. The seat and venue of arbitration is [YOUR CITY], India; the language is English; and the award is final and binding.

4.3. Nothing prevents the Company from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction#

5.1. Indian law governs. Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at [YOUR CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Chargebacks#

6.1. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through the Platform may be treated as a breach. The Company may contest illegitimate chargebacks and recover costs from the responsible party.

7. Time Limit#

7.1. Claims should be raised promptly. Claims brought more than [12] months after the event giving rise to them may be barred, to the extent permitted by law.
