Version: 1.0 · Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · organizer-support@enthioshub.com
This document summarizes the responsibilities of Organizers on EnthiosHub. It supplements and is read with the Organizer Agreement. In case of conflict, the Organizer Agreement prevails.
1. Accurate Listings#
Provide truthful, complete, non-misleading information about your Event: title, description, agenda, date/time, venue/mode, pricing, inclusions, eligibility, and refund policy.
2. Legality & Permissions#
Obtain and maintain all licences, permits, approvals, and insurance required for your Event (venue, safety, fire, police, municipal, entertainment/music, sector-specific). Comply with all Applicable Law.
3. Verification (KYC)#
Complete identity and bank verification through the Payment Partner before publishing paid Events and receiving settlements. Keep details current.
4. Delivery#
Deliver the Event as described. Communicate promptly and clearly with Attendees about any changes, delays, or cancellations.
5. Pricing, Fees & Taxes#
Set prices transparently. Charge, collect, and remit all applicable taxes (including GST) on ticket sales, and issue tax-compliant invoices where required. Understand that the Platform Fee is non-refundable.
6. Refunds & Cancellations#
Publish a clear refund/cancellation policy and honour it. Fund all refunds attributable to your Event. On cancellation or material change, offer refunds or acceptable alternatives.
7. Attendee Data Protection#
Use Attendee personal data received through the Platform only to deliver the Event. Act as an independent Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act; keep data secure; do not sell or misuse it; delete when no longer needed.
8. Safety & Conduct#
Ensure a safe environment at your Event. Do not discriminate. Have appropriate arrangements for emergencies, crowd management, and (where relevant) minors participating via guardians/institutions.
9. Content & IP#
Ensure you own or are authorized to use all content you upload (logos, images, media, speaker likenesses). Do not infringe third-party rights.
10. No Fraud or Prohibited Events#
Do not list fake, misleading, unlawful, or prohibited Events, manipulate pricing, or misuse the Platform. Violations may result in unpublishing, fund freeze, suspension, and reporting to authorities.
11. Cooperation#
Cooperate with the Company on grievances, disputes, chargebacks, investigations, and lawful requests.
