This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Grievance Officer#

2. What You Can Report#

  • Content that violates the Terms, Community Guidelines, or law;
  • Fraud, fake Events, or misrepresentation;
  • Payment, refund, or settlement issues;
  • Privacy/data-protection concerns and requests to exercise your rights;
  • Any other complaint about the Services.

3. How to File a Grievance#

Send an email to grievance@enthioshub.com including: your name and contact details; your account/order/Event reference; a clear description of the issue; and any supporting evidence.

4. Timelines#

4.1. Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt.

4.2. Resolution: within 15 days of receipt, or such shorter/longer period as prescribed by Applicable Law for the specific type of complaint. Certain complaints (e.g., specified unlawful content) will be actioned within the shorter statutory timelines (e.g., 24–72 hours as applicable).

4.3. For data-protection grievances, we respond within the timelines under the DPDP Act.

5. Escalation#

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate as described in the Dispute Resolution Policy, and you retain your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including approaching the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission) and to lodge complaints with the relevant regulator.

6. Records#

We maintain records of grievances and their resolution for audit and compliance.


Review by a licensed advocate recommended before publication. Appoint a named Grievance Officer before launch — this designation is mandatory.
