EnthiosHub — Intellectual Property Policy

This Policy sets out ownership and permitted use of intellectual property on EnthiosHub. It supplements the Terms & Conditions, Copyright Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Company IP#
1.1. The Platform, its software, source code, databases, design, user interface, graphics, and the "EnthiosHub" name, logo, and brand are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other Applicable Law.
1.2. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No provision transfers ownership of any Company IP to You.
2. Limited Licence to Users#
2.1. Subject to these Terms, the Company grants You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.
2.2. You must not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from the Platform, or remove any proprietary notices, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. User & Organizer Content#
3.1. You retain ownership of Content you create. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, use, reproduce, adapt (for formatting), display, and distribute your Content to operate, provide, and promote the Services.
3.2. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your Content does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Trademarks#
4.1. "EnthiosHub" and associated marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use them without prior written permission, except to factually refer to the Platform.
4.2. Organizer/Vendor marks displayed on the Platform remain the property of their owners, who grant the Company a licence to display them for listing and promotion.
5. Feedback#
Any suggestions or feedback you provide about the Platform may be used by the Company without restriction or obligation to you.
6. Infringement Claims#
IP infringement is handled under the Copyright Policy (for copyright) and by written notice to legal@enthioshub.com (for trademarks and other IP).
