Listing of an Event, Organizer, speaker, sponsor, or vendor on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, certification, or a guarantee of quality, safety, legality, or accuracy by the Company.

3. Information "As Is"#

Event details, descriptions, pricing, dates, and materials are provided by Organizers. We do not independently verify all such information and are not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes.

4. No Professional Advice#

Content on the Platform (including AI-generated suggestions, analytics, or informational resources) is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

5. Certificates & Awards#

Certificates, badges, awards, rankings, and credentials issued through the Platform are issued by the relevant Organizer and do not constitute accreditation or certification by EnthiosHub.

6. Third-Party Services & Links#

The Platform relies on and may link to third-party services (payment gateways, email/SMS providers, hosting, external sites). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.

7. Availability#

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Attendance at Own Risk#

Attendance at and participation in Events is at your own risk. The Organizer is responsible for Event safety and delivery.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the Limitation of Liability policy and the Terms & Conditions.
