Refund & Cancellation Policy
This document forms part of the EnthiosHub legal framework. By using the Services, you agree to this document together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Core Principles#
1.1. EnthiosHub does not sell Events. Each Event is sold by the Organizer. The Organizer's Event-specific refund/cancellation policy, shown at the time of registration, governs that Event.
1.2. Refund liability rests with the Organizer. EnthiosHub facilitates refunds only to the extent of funds attributable to the relevant Organizer and does not guarantee, underwrite, or fund refunds from its own resources.
1.3. The EnthiosHub Platform Fee / convenience fee is non-refundable, including where the underlying Event fee is refunded, except where a refund of the fee is required by Applicable Law
2. Organizer-Set Refund Policies#
2.1. Organizers may offer full refunds, partial refunds, tiered/time-based refunds (e.g., 100% up to X days before, 50% thereafter), or a strict no-refund policy, provided the policy is clearly displayed before the Attendee pays.
2.2. If no Organizer policy is displayed, refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but EnthiosHub cannot compel an Organizer to refund beyond Applicable Law.
3. Attendee-Initiated Refunds#
3.1. Eligible Attendees may request a refund through the Platform, subject to the Organizer's policy, refund window, and any blackout dates.
3.2. Eligibility conditions include: the payment is completed; no prior refund exists for the registration; the request is within the applicable window; and the amount does not exceed the amount paid.
3.3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the Payment Partner. Timelines depend on the Payment Partner and issuing bank (typically 5–10 business days)
4. Event Cancellation, Postponement or Material Change#
4.1. If an Organizer cancels an Event, eligible Attendees are entitled to a refund of the Event fee (excluding the non-refundable Platform Fee), funded by the Organizer.
4.2. If an Event is postponed or materially changed, the Organizer must offer either continued registration for the rescheduled Event or a refund per its policy.
4.3. EnthiosHub may withhold or reverse settlement to the Organizer to enable refunds where an Event is cancelled or where fraud/dispute is suspected.
5. Non-Refundable Situations#
Refunds are generally not available for: no-shows; failure to comply with Event rules; partial attendance; dissatisfaction with content where the Event was delivered as described; and change of mind after any applicable window, unless the Organizer's policy or Applicable Law provides otherwise.
6. Fraud, Chargebacks & Frozen Funds#
6.1. Where fraud, unauthorized payment, chargeback, or dispute is suspected, EnthiosHub may freeze the relevant funds and settlements pending investigation (see the Payment & Settlement Policy).
6.2. Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution through the Platform may be treated as a breach; EnthiosHub reserves the right to contest illegitimate chargebacks.
7. Platform-Level Failures#
If a duplicate charge or technical payment error attributable to the Platform occurs, contact support@enthioshub.com; verified erroneous charges will be refunded.
8. How to Request a Refund#
Submit a refund request via your Account/registration, or email support@enthioshub.com with your order/registration reference. Grievances are handled per the Grievance Redressal Policy.
