EnthiosHub — Ticketing Terms
Version: 1.0 · Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · support@enthioshub.com
These Ticketing Terms govern the purchase, use, and transfer of tickets/registrations to Events on EnthiosHub. They supplement the Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Nature of a Ticket#
1.1. A ticket/registration is a limited, revocable licence granted by the Organizer (not the Company) to attend or participate in an Event, subject to the Organizer's rules.
1.2. EnthiosHub issues tickets/registration confirmations on behalf of the Organizer as a facilitator.
2. Purchase#
2.1. Ticket availability, pricing, categories, and inclusions are set by the Organizer. A purchase is complete only upon successful payment confirmation.
2.2. Tickets are subject to availability and any per-user or per-Event limits. The Company may cancel orders suspected of fraud, error, or abuse.
3. Delivery & Validity#
3.1. Tickets are delivered electronically (e.g., a unique ticket code/QR). You are responsible for keeping your ticket confidential; whoever presents a valid ticket code may be admitted.
3.2. Entry is subject to the Organizer's admission rules, venue conditions, and any age or eligibility restrictions.
4. Transfer & Resale#
4.1. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless the Organizer expressly enables transfer. Where transfer is not enabled, resale or transfer is prohibited.
4.2. Unauthorized resale, scalping, or commercial exploitation of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
4.3. Where transfer is enabled, it must be done through the Platform's authorized transfer feature; the Company is not responsible for transfers arranged outside the Platform.
5. Refunds, Cancellation & Changes#
5.1. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Organizer's Event-specific policy. The Platform Fee is non-refundable.
5.2. If the Organizer changes the Event date, time, or venue, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled Event unless you are entitled to and request a refund per the applicable policy.
6. Admission & Conduct#
6.1. The Organizer/venue may refuse admission or remove attendees for breach of rules, safety, or unlawful conduct. No refund is due in such cases.
6.2. Attendees may be subject to recording/photography at Events; consult the Organizer's terms regarding capture and use of your likeness.
7. Waitlists#
Where an Event is full, you may join a waitlist. A waitlist place is not a guaranteed ticket; tickets are offered subject to availability and time limits.
8. Risk & Liability#
8.1. Attendance is at your own risk. The Organizer is responsible for the Event, venue safety, and delivery. The Company's liability is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions and Limitation of Liability policy.
