EnthiosHub — User Responsibilities

This document summarizes the responsibilities of Attendees/Users on EnthiosHub. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.

1. Accurate Information#

Provide true, current, and complete information when registering and keep your account details updated.

2. Account Security#

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized use immediately.

3. Eligibility#

Confirm you are 18 or older. If participating on behalf of a Minor, do so only as a consenting parent/guardian or authorized institution.

4. Lawful Use#

Use the Platform lawfully. Follow the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. Do not commit fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, scraping, or misuse of features.

5. Respect Others#

Treat Organizers, other Users, and staff with respect. No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or infringement of others' rights or privacy.

6. Event Compliance#

Follow each Organizer's Event rules, venue conditions, and eligibility requirements. Understand that the Organizer — not the Company — is responsible for the Event.

7. Payments & Refunds#

Pay through the authorized payment process. Understand that the Platform Fee is non-refundable and that refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Organizer's policy.

8. Content#

Only post content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for your content and grant the Company a licence to host it to provide the Services.

9. Communications#

Consent to receive transactional communications necessary to use the Services. Marketing communications are sent only if you opt in, and you may opt out at any time.

10. Reporting#

Report fraud, unsafe conduct, or policy violations to grievance@enthioshub.com.
